Amanzi-ATS has received a 2020 R&D 100 award in the Mechanical/Materials category. Amanzi-ATS is a powerful and agile simulation tool for comprehensive environmental system analyses. It enables scientists to model complex multi-scale processes to analyze the impact of problems such as climate change, wildfires and nuclear waste contamination on watersheds. It is jointly developed by LANL, LBNL, and PNNL, and ORNL.
